Shipment & Returns

(1) The delivery of goods shall be made by dispatch to the delivery address provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the seller's order processing is decisive.

(2) If the transport company returns the dispatched goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery or if the customer was temporarily prevented from accepting the service offered, unless the seller had given the customer reasonable advance notice of the service. Furthermore, this does not apply with regard to the costs for the return if the customer effectively exercises his right of withdrawal. In the event of effective exercise of the right of revocation by the customer, the provision on this in the seller's revocation instructions shall apply to the return costs.

(3) Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.

Shipping costs within Germany:

All orders within Germany will be shipped for free.

Shipping costs Rest of the World:

All orders for Rest of the World will be shipped for €5.00

Return Policy:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must be in the original packaging.
Return delivery costs for the change of mind or to exchange a product will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return delivery costs for a faulty, or incorrectly supplied item will be the responsibility of Lien Jewely.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
